Francisco was of huge help in the entire process when I was looking for a condo in the Miami area. He had the patience to show me many properties, explain a bit about the property but as well as the pros and cons (commute, neighborhood). In fact after a few showings, he would tell me which property best suits my preference (as he took the time to understand what I like, don't etc in the first few showings). I could have almost let him decide on the property on my behalf! Outside of the showing and dealing with the process, he went above and beyond to help me with few other stuff as I was new in the area. Always was very responsive (super good) regardless if it was a Monday or Sunday. He also followed-up post closure to see how things are going! I would highly recommend him to anybody!
